Interaction with Time in the Galactic Resonator
Galactic Resonators are Zerkala MG mirror constructions developed for practices focused on the perception of time, intention, attention and goal-setting. The methodology is based on the idea that our experience of the present is shaped by past events, personal beliefs and habitual patterns of thinking. A Galactic Resonator creates a specially organized environment in which a person can focus on current goals and intentions, observe habitual patterns and explore possible ways of moving toward a desired result. Mirror reflections and other elements of the environment are used to support self-observation, associative thinking, intuition and focused attention.

Within the project’s conceptual framework, this process is described as the “actualization of the present” — shifting attention from established patterns toward conscious choices, available opportunities and purposeful action. The resonator is therefore used as a tool for reflective practice and goal-oriented work rather than as a mechanism that guarantees a particular outcome.

The actualization of a wish in the Galactic Resonator is associated not only with multiple mirror reflections, but also with the location of the resonator, its spatial volume, a specially selected soundtrack and other elements that together create a distinctive environment for perception.

Within this environment, attention can temporarily shift away from habitual patterns shaped by past experience, attitudes and perceived limitations. Multiple fractal reflections are used to support self-observation and the perception of oneself as an integrated system combining different roles, qualities and possibilities. This may contribute to greater clarity of intention and a stronger subjective connection with a chosen goal.

The Galactic Resonator is not presented as magic, hypnosis or a mechanism that guarantees the fulfillment of wishes. It is a specially organized mirror environment designed to support attention, intuition, reflection and conscious movement toward personal plans. Within the project’s methodology, this process is referred to as the “actualization of the present.”


Psychophysics of health
Human well-being depends in part on the ability to adapt to changing conditions, develop useful skills and make conscious choices in everyday life. As the surrounding environment continually changes, people rely not only on existing adaptive mechanisms but also on their ability to learn, adjust their behavior and develop new strategies.

Living organisms constantly exist in environments containing different physical stimuli, including electromagnetic fields, sound and mechanical vibrations. The interaction of biological systems with such stimuli is studied in a number of scientific disciplines, although the mechanisms and significance of particular effects depend strongly on frequency, intensity, duration and other conditions.

The Zerkala MG methodology gives particular attention to the concept of resonance and uses it as one of the models for discussing interactions between a person and an organized spatial environment.

Within this conceptual model, the human organism can be viewed as a complex system containing many interacting oscillatory processes with different characteristics. The metaphor of a “system of resonators” is used to describe selective responses to different rhythms and external stimuli.

The term “Durville Zones” refers to a historical model associated with French researcher Hector Durville, who in the early 20th century described a system of “nervous centers” corresponding to different bodily functions. These ideas belong to the history of magnetism and alternative approaches to human physiology rather than to established modern neuroanatomy.

Within the conceptual framework used by Sergey Nikolaevich Grevtsev, the Durville model serves as one of the reference points for exploring resonance, functional states and the spatial-temporal organization of human responses. Particular attention is given not only to frequency, but also to the sequence, timing and spatial organization of different processes.

In this model, the sequence of activation of different functional zones is described metaphorically as a person’s individual “gyroscope” — a reference pattern associated with orientation and adaptation. The moment of birth and the first breath are interpreted within this framework as the starting point for the formation of this individual pattern, which may subsequently change in response to external conditions and personal experience.

Within this conceptual framework, a person’s individual “orientation” may be influenced by changing external conditions, including environmental, informational and emotional factors. The Grevtsev methodology interprets some of these influences through the concepts of energy and information exchange and describes both mental practices and instrumental approaches intended to support stability, adaptation and protection from what the model defines as destructive influences.

Practices of inner stillness and focused contemplation have developed in different spiritual traditions over centuries. In Indian yogic traditions, practices associated with Sahasrara — the “thousand-petaled” crown center — are connected with meditation and states of expanded or transcendent consciousness. In Eastern Christianity, hesychasm developed as a distinct contemplative tradition centered on stillness, inner attention and continuous prayer. Although these traditions have different origins and meanings, both illustrate the long-standing human interest in reducing external distractions and directing attention inward.

Within the methodology developed by Sergey Nikolaevich Grevtsev, the practice of mental silence is also explored through specially organized environments involving direct mirrors. The mirror space is used as a tool for focused attention, self-observation and entering a quieter contemplative state. Within the project’s conceptual framework, such a state is also interpreted as a way of reducing the influence of external informational and emotional factors.

One of the important functions of the brain is to anticipate changes in the environment and help a person adapt to them. Within the Grevtsev methodology, this ability is also considered in the context of consciously modeling possible future scenarios and developing a clearer image of a desired future. Reports of unusual anticipatory experiences after trauma or intense stress are regarded as a subject for exploration rather than as established evidence of literal foresight.

One of the methods used in the Grevtsev methodology is working with a circular mirror panorama constructed from angular reflectors. Different configurations of the panorama are used for different practices, including the conscious modeling of possible future scenarios. Observing multiple reflections at the same time may create an unusual, more open mode of perception, described within the methodology as a return to a “childlike” way of experiencing the surrounding world.

This idea is also symbolically associated with the Gospel words: “unless you change and become like little children...” (Matthew 18:3), interpreted here as an image of openness and freedom from habitual patterns of perception.

Early childhood is characterized by an open and highly receptive way of perceiving the surrounding world. Within the Grevtsev methodology, a return to this less habitual mode of perception is associated with practices of mental silence, including hesychia and Sahasrara meditation, as well as with exercises in a circular mirror panorama focused on consciously modeling possible future scenarios.

Sound and vibration also form part of the Grevtsev methodology. Specially organized sound is used in practices focused on resonance, attention and the subjective perception of the surrounding space. Within the project’s metaphysical framework, such processes are additionally interpreted in terms of interaction with the energetic environment.

Specially tuned Rijke tubes are used to demonstrate and explore acoustic resonance and the spatial organization of sound. Their use within the methodology is connected with experiments involving particular acoustic patterns and states of focused perception.
