Horizontal constructions

Harmonization & recovering
Horizontal structures are specially organized spatial forms designed to create conditions for deep relaxation, internal adjustment and restoration of a person's resource state.
Main task is to help a person reduce the external load, switch to a state of rest, restore internal balance and create favorable conditions for the body's natural self-regulation processes.
The horizontal position is a natural resting position for the body. It reduces the load on the spine, joints and muscular frame, and the nervous system gets the opportunity to switch to a more relaxed mode of operation.
In this position, it is easier for a person to relax, slow down breathing, release physical and emotional tension, and focus on inner feelings. The spatial geometry of the horizontal structure forms a special environment in which a person can dip deeper into a state of rest and recovery.

According to the concept, horizontal structures contribute to:

  • Harmonization of the internal state. Conditions are created to equalize the psycho-emotional background, reduce internal tension and feel more collected.
  • Restoring the resource status. During the stay in the structure, a person can feel relaxation, replenishment of strength, reduction of fatigue and a gradual return of internal stability.
  • Synchronization of natural rhythms. A calm environment, horizontal position and reduction of external irritants contribute to more smooth breathing, relaxation of the body and restoration of the natural rhythm of rest.
  • Activation of self-regulation processes. In a state of relaxation, the body gets the opportunity to switch from stress mode to recovery mode, which can have a positive effect on overall well-being.
  • Reducing stress load. The design helps to create a secluded, safe space where it is easier for a person to let go of disturbing thoughts, reduce muscle clamps and restore emotional balance.

Staying in a horizontal structure can give you different, individual sensations. Most often noted:
  • deep relaxation of the body;
  • calming breathing;
  • reducing internal stress;
  • feeling of warmth, lightness or peace;
  • clarity of thought after the end of the session;
  • improvement of general tone and working capacity.

Staying in a horizontal structure on a regular basis can contribute to:
  • improving overall well-being;
  • reducing stress and anxiety;
  • relaxation of muscle tension;
  • recovery after physical and emotional stress;
  • increase concentration and clarity of perception;
  • a sense of inner harmony and balance.

The Ellipse (Children's)
The Ellipse (children's)
It is oriented along the East–West / West–East axis and is designed for the harmonious development of the child, strengthening the life resource and forming a stable connection with oneself and the outside world.

The design helps to improve overall well-being, develop conscious perception, emotional stability and inner harmony. Working with the simulator helps the child to feel his body better, develop coordination of movements, mobility and natural motor activity.
In the course of sessions, used methods are aimed at strengthening physical condition, developing flexibility, mobility and developing skills of conscious interaction with oneself and the surrounding space.

The ELLIPSE creates conditions for harmonious development, the disclosure of natural abilities and the strengthening of the inner resource of the child.
Horizontal general purpose construction
The two–layer horizontal structure, oriented along the North-South axis, is designed to restore the resource, harmonize the internal state and soft tune the nervous system.
The construction aimed:
resource recovery — helps to move into a state of rest, inner concentration and gradual replenishment of strength;
disclosure of the heart center — supports a feeling of openness, gentleness, acceptance and emotional balance;
balancing activity and relaxation — creates conditions for a harmonious transition between concentration, calmness and recovery;
tuning of the nervous system — helps to reduce internal tension and enter into deeper relaxation.

This design creates a space of peace, recovery and inner stability.

Horizontal cardiac construction
The single–layer horizontal structure, oriented along the South-North axis, is designed to gently restore the resource state, harmonize internal processes and open the heart center.
The construction is aimed at:
restoration of the resource state — helps to move into a state of rest, internal balance and careful replenishment of forces;
harmonization of internal processes — creates conditions for a more peaceful, calm and coordinated state;
opening of the heart center — supports a sense of acceptance, openness, warmth and inner softness;
reducing the feeling of stagnation and heaviness — helps to feel more freedom, lightness and movement in the body.

This design creates a space of inner warmth, emotional balance and gentle recovery.
Horizontal construction with copper
The two–layer horizontal structure using copper, oriented along the South-North axis, is designed to harmonize the internal state, restore the resource and deeply relax.
The construction is aimed at:
inner peace — helps to create a feeling of silence, warmth, stability and emotional comfort;
relaxation — supports a gentle transition from tension to a state of rest and inner balance;
resource restoration — creates conditions for rest, pause and careful replenishment of vital forces;
harmonization of the state — helps to tune in to a sense of balance, composure and inner integrity;
reducing emotional stress — helps to reduce internal overload, anxiety and accumulated stress.

The construction creates a space of tranquility and recovery, helping a person to gain inner stability, clarity of perception and a harmonious state.

Horizontal (CNS)

Horizontal construction (CNS)
The single-layer horizontal structure, oriented along the East-West axis, is designed to harmonize the psycho-emotional state, restore internal resources and gently adjust the processes of self-regulation.
The construction is aimed at:
soft self-regulation — creates conditions for relaxation, restoration of attention and a natural transition from tension to a state of rest.;
harmonization of thinking and perception — helps to find a balance between logical analysis, intuition, concentration and inner silence;
reducing emotional stress — maintains a sense of security, calmness and inner stability;
psychoemotional recovery — can be used as a space for relaxation, slowing down, reducing anxiety and returning to a clearer and more balanced state.

The design creates favorable conditions for restoring internal balance, increasing concentration and maintaining a harmonious state of the nervous system.
Placement according to cardinal directions
The orientation of the body to the cardinal points is considered as part of the practice of adjusting the space and the inner state of a person. Depending on the chosen direction, the accent of perception changes: to rest, focus, unlock potential, inner stability, emotional recovery, or the harmonization of relationships.

Head to the north.
The location with the head to the north is associated with stability, inner concentration and restoration of the resource state. This direction helps to tune in to peace, stability and a sense of security, and also supports clarity of perception and concentration of attention.
The northern direction is also associated with the disclosure of creative potential, the emergence of new ideas, intuitive solutions and inner enlightenment. It can be used for practices aimed at understanding goals, forming intentions, and adjusting to future events.

Head to the south.
The location of the head to the south is associated with activity, strength of action and readiness to implement plans. This direction helps to feel more inner tone, confidence and determination, as well as tune in to a consistent movement towards the goal.
The southern direction can be especially relevant during periods when it is important for a person to come out of passivity, gather energy and direct attention to specific tasks. It is symbolically associated with the manifestation of strength, activity and inner support.

Head to the east.
The location of the head to the east is traditionally associated with renewal, clarity, wisdom and the beginning of a new stage. This direction helps to adjust to a bright, calm and collected state, supports intellectual activity and inner involvement.
The East is symbolically associated with growth, inspiration and the unfolding of potential. This arrangement can be used for practices aimed at learning, developing, finding new solutions, and setting up for a productive start to the day.

Head to the west.
The location of the head to the west is associated with completion, restoration, trust and harmonization of the emotional state. This direction helps to let go of disturbing thoughts, reduce internal tension and move into a calmer state.
The Western direction is associated with emotional recovery, strengthening self-confidence and harmonizing relationships. It can be used for practices of letting go, rethinking experiences, restoring intimacy, and gently transitioning to a state of peace.

Each side of the world has its own symbolic emphasis. The North is associated with stability, concentration, intuition and shaping the future. South — with energy of action, implementation of plans and confidence. The East is about renewal, wisdom, clarity, and potential unfolding. The West is about relaxation, trust, emotional recovery, and harmony in relationships.
The choice of direction may depend on the purpose of the practice, the inner state of the person and the result that he wants to achieve.
