Horizontal constructions

Relaxation, Balance & Restoration
Horizontal Zerkala MG constructions are specially organized spatial environments designed for practices focused on relaxation, inner balance and restoring a sense of personal resource.
The horizontal position and the geometry of the constructions create an environment in which a person can reduce external distractions, direct attention inward and move toward a calmer and more focused state.
Sessions are centered on rest, self-observation, reflective attention and the transition from mental and emotional overload toward greater inner stability and clarity.

Focus of Horizontal Construction Practices
  • relaxation and reduction of perceived tension;
  • restoration of a subjective sense of personal resource;
  • emotional balance and self-observation;
  • focused attention and clarity of thinking;
  • a calmer transition from periods of mental or emotional overload.
Individual Experiences
Experiences during a session can vary. Participants may describe:
  • a sense of physical relaxation;
  • calmer breathing;
  • reduced subjective tension;
  • feelings of warmth, lightness or calm;
  • greater clarity and concentration after the session.

The Ellipse (children's)
The Ellipse is a children's Zerkala MG construction oriented along the East–West / West–East axis. It is designed for practices focused on attention, self-awareness, interaction with the surrounding space and the development of a child's natural curiosity and perception.

Sessions with the Ellipse can include activities involving body awareness, movement, attention and conscious interaction with the environment. The practices are adapted to the child's age and individual characteristics.

The Ellipse creates a calm and structured environment for exploration, self-observation, creative activity and the development of greater awareness of oneself and the surrounding world.
Horizontal general purpose construction
This two-layer Zerkala MG construction is oriented along the North–South axis and designed for practices focused on rest, inner balance and restoration of personal resource.

The practices focus on:
  • restoring personal resource — creating conditions for rest, inner composure and renewal after periods of mental or emotional overload;
  • working with the “heart center” — a concept used in our methodology for practices related to openness, acceptance, emotional warmth and inner balance;
  • balancing activity and relaxation — supporting a smoother transition between focused attention, calm and restorative states;
  • deep relaxation and self-observation — reducing external distractions and directing attention inward.
The construction creates a calm and structured environment for rest, reflection and restoring a sense of inner stability.

Horizontal Heart Construction
This single-layer Zerkala MG construction is oriented along the South–North axis and designed for practices focused on inner balance, emotional openness and work with the “heart center” within the Zerkala MG methodology.

The practices focus on:
  • rest and restoration of personal resource;
  • developing a calmer and more balanced internal state;
  • openness, acceptance, emotional warmth and self-reflection;
  • working with subjective feelings of heaviness, emotional tension or stagnation.
The Heart Construction creates an environment for gentle reflective practices, emotional balance and a greater sense of inner openness and ease.
Horizontal construction with copper
The Horizontal Construction with Copper is a Zerkala MG construction that combines the geometry of the horizontal system with copper elements incorporated into its design.

It is used for practices focused on concentration, self-observation, inner balance and working with personal resource. Within the Zerkala MG methodology, the combination of different materials is considered an important element of the construction’s spatial organization.

Practices with this construction focus on:
  • focused attention and concentration;
  • self-observation and reflection;
  • restoration of a subjective sense of personal resource;
  • inner balance and mental clarity;
  • exploring individual responses to the spatial environment.

Horizontal general purpose construction
This two-layer Zerkala MG construction is oriented along the West–East axis. It is used for practices focused on rest, inner concentration, emotional balance and restoration of personal resource.

Within the Zerkala MG methodology, the West–East orientation combines two symbolic directions: completion and release associated with the West, and renewal and clarity associated with the East.

The practices focus on:
  • rest and restoration of personal resource;
  • inner concentration and reflective attention;
  • working with the “heart center” through openness, acceptance and emotional balance;
  • a smoother transition between activity, relaxation and renewal.
The construction creates a calm environment for reflection, inner balance and preparing for a new stage or task.
Horizontal construction (CNS)
The Horizontal Construction (CNS) is a single-layer Zerkala MG model oriented along the East–West axis. It is used for practices focused on relaxation, attention, perception and restoring a sense of inner balance.
The practices focus on:
  • moving from mental overload toward a calmer and more focused state;
  • balancing logical analysis, intuition and reflective attention;
  • reducing subjective emotional tension;
  • rest, self-observation and greater clarity of perception.
The construction creates a structured environment for slowing down, concentrating attention and restoring a subjective sense of inner stability.

Placement according to cardinal directions
The orientation of Zerkala MG constructions relative to the cardinal directions is an important element of our methodology. Different directions are associated with different types of practices, intentions and focus of attention.

North
The North direction is associated with stability, inner support and purposeful movement. Practices connected with this direction focus on concentration, self-confidence, awareness of personal capabilities and a clearer understanding of one's goals.

South
The South direction is associated with emotional experience, openness and interaction with others. Practices focus on self-observation, emotional balance, communication and a more conscious approach to relationships.

East
The East direction represents renewal, new possibilities and movement toward the future. Practices associated with this direction focus on new ideas, creative perception, planning and exploring possible directions for further development.

West
The West direction is associated with completion, reflection and integration of experience. Practices focus on reviewing previous experience, letting go of what is no longer relevant, drawing conclusions and preparing for a new stage.
