Organizational & Methodological Department (OMD) is a structural division of LLC "Mega Galaxy" and provides organizational and methodological support for the company's activities in the field of construction's technologies, simulated spaces and spatial construction of consciousness "Zerkala MG".
OMD develops methodological materials, supports research and educational programs, collects and systematizes data and organizes professional interaction between specialists working with so called "mirror" structures and the Zerkala's Network of Russia.

OMD provides methodological, organizational, information and analytical support for areas related to the development and application of "mirror" technologies of LLC "Mega Galaxy".
The department's activities are aimed at forming a unified approach to conducting research, training programs, consulting work, voluntary participation in observations and interaction of specialists within the framework of the company's projects.

Main areas of activity
The organizational and methodological department carries out the work of:
- Zerkala’s Network of Russia — systems of professional interaction between centers, specialists and participants using mirror structures and spatial simulators of consciousness.
- The Spatial construction of consciousness "Zerkala MG" — simulated mirror spaces developed on the basis of LLC "Mega Galaxy" and used for research, informational, methodological and educational purposes.
- Intellectual and informational technologies — areas related to the study of perception, attention, consciousness, psycho-emotional state and processes of informational interaction.
- Methodological support of research — preparation of regulations, questionnaires, observation journals, consent forms and other materials necessary for the systematic collection and analysis of data.
Purpose of OMD activity
The purpose of the Organizational and Methodological Department is to provide systematic organizational and methodological support for the main areas of work of LLC "Mega Galaxy" in the field of mirror technologies, simulated spaces and spatial construction of consciousness.

Methodological materials
OMD develops and systematizes the materials necessary for the correct organization of work with participants, specialists and research groups.
These include: methodological instructions, initial observation questionnaires, informed consent forms, safety documents, regulations for visiting spatial construction of consciousness, observation diaries, statistical reporting forms, and materials for training programs.

Research support
OMD participates in the organization of research work related to the observation of the human condition while in simulated mirror spaces.
The Department provides the preparation of methods, the organization of data collection, the processing of questionnaires and observation journals, the systematization of the received information and the preparation of analytical materials.
When necessary, appropriate specialists can be involved in research support: medical professionals, psychologists and methodologists.

Analytics and professional interaction
OMD analyzes organizational and methodological processes, evaluates the effectiveness of applied materials and regulations, conducts statistical reporting and prepares proposals to improve the quality of work.
The Department also organizes interaction between specialists, structural divisions, partner centers and participants of the Russian Zerkala's Network, contributing to the formation of a unified methodological approach to working with mirror structures and spatial constructions of consciousness "Zerkala MG".

- Graduated with honors from Novosibirsk State Medical Institute.
- Worked as a doctor in the intensive care unit for patients with acute myocardial infarction, and completed her clinical residency in Cardiology.

- Worked in healing centers, where she studied methods of regeneration of energy-informational processes in the human system.
